Full Service Planning + Design is the all inclusive planning package. From finding the perfect venue to getting you down the aisle—we are with you every step of the way. Leave the spreadsheets, calendar management and lists to us. We will help bring your vision to life and save you the time it takes to plan every last detail of your dream wedding! On the big day, our professional and experienced team will ensure that no detail is missed and the wedding is executed perfectly.

Partial Planning

Somewhere in between Full Service Planning and Wedding Management is the Partial Planning service. You may have found your perfect venue or a few other vendors, but are feeling a little overwhelmed determining a budget that works for you or staying on track with your to-do list. You’ll benefit from our contract negotiation experience and preferred vendor relationships prior to our team supporting you on wedding day.

Wedding Management

The Wedding Management service is for the client who knows what their dream wedding looks like but would benefit from an experienced planner to help provide the right vendor recommendations for your vision, create timelines, tie up loose ends and allow you to enjoy your actual wedding day. Our team will deal with all logistics on your wedding day and ensure your wedding is executed as you intended.

Sometimes (incorrectly) referred to as “Day Of Coordinator” but it is so much more than that.

Corporate

Corporate doesn’t have to mean boring! With 12+ years planning corporate and social events in the energy industry, we are your most experienced and educated corporate or social event planning choice. Our corporate event planning process involves working closely with your team to create an event that showcases your brand, will impress your clients and attendees, and stay within your budget. Our firsthand knowledge in planning and executing conferences, meetings, trade shows, client/employee experiences, and golf tournaments will allow you to stay focused on your end goal while we produce an event that will set you apart from your competitors.
